OUR STORY

Ethiopia has presented all of us with remarkable opportunities to contribute to various sectors of the country.

The founder of SIEB  has been focussing on teaching, training, and establishing some of the best schools in Ethiopia. Most notably, the experience of bringing around 90,000 out-of-school children back to the classroom was an unforgettable experience.

Through these experiences, we have learned an important lesson for the country's development: we must work together to address the systemic gaps that give rise to complex social issues. As such, we have embarked on a journey to build a social innovation ecosystem in every kebele. By doing so, we aim to tackle the persistent societal challenges through our Social Innovation Ecosystem Builders. (SIEB).
